And, I am convinced that Sushi is a gem of a genre along with the world's top French cuisine, Chinese cuisine, and American meat culture such as steaks. This is an undeniable truth that even the investigators of the "Michelin Guide" are unaware of (Because the sushi restaurants featured in the “Michelin Guide Tokyo 2023” were not selected by connoisseurs with deep knowledge of sushi.). And it is one of the healthiest gastronomic delights of all cuisines. Eating sushi in Japan is also a great way to understand Japanese culture.
